Seeking therapy and choosing a therapist can be a daunting and difficult decision for anyone. Congratulations on taking the first step! I hope we can work together through this journey of healing, self- awareness and understanding.

Although both professionals usually work hand-in-hand within the mental health field. Psychiatrists are medical doctors with specialisation in mental health. Their role is often to diagnose and prescribe medication. Psychologist on the other hand, have a Master’s degree specialising in psychology.
